> In what may be the first ever drag race between production electric cars, the geeky Tango electric cruiser edged out the trendy Tesla Roadster electric sports car. How fast were these electron-fueled warriors going when they crossed the finish line?

Hit the link, the video is not youtube so I can’t embed it.
A quiet drag race - it’s unsettling.

Always wanted a Tango since I first saw them featured a number of years ago.

Their price to E/T ratio is horrendous however.

Low production numbers are definitely not helping, in 10 years a Tango should cost about $15K and Tesla being a more sportier version mid 20’s.

Should be interesting.

You think that was odd, google electric motorcycle. Nothing is more uncommon then a motorcycle moving yet making no noise.

Killacycle!!
But yeah, it’s kind of bizarre.
You want a Targo, seriously?
The damn thing looks like a telephone booth, I could probably knock it over.

Good luck considering lead isn’t light and 90% of it’s weight is only a few inches above the ground.

If I remember correctly it out handled Porsche Boxter in some tests.
