WFT the kid asked a question stay on fucking topic

Yes the kid may be gay but he asked a question, so if you don’t have an answer then keep your comments to yourself. No wonder why the moderation is getting much more strict, cuz half of you guys can’t stay on topic.

With that being said, just don’t lie on the application. But if you have gotten a felony, I guess you could put something like “Will explain in an interview” so you can explain and get an interview instead of being prejudged. Its like a double edge sword. An employer isn’t supposed to ask on an application, but if you leave it blank then it raises some thoughts.
