I found the CHEAPEST way to get stuff over the border from the States is to us USPS (United States Postal Service) as long as it fits their shipping criteria of under 70Lbs. They charge a flat rate for clearing (was $5.00 US last year). DO NOT ship via UPS (United Parcel Snakes) as they will kill you with hidden customs charges!!
