Bays: No, they’re both the same…

Engines: Generally no, emissions and such may be different but if you have the ECU to match its ok. However the 2000 and 2001 engine has 155 hp over the 150.

I’'m not sure if they have this for your application, but Injen actually makes a kit that allows you to have the parts to set your car up with eather a Short Ram or Cold air, so that you can run the short ram in the winter and a cold air setup in the summer for a little more power when your less likely to dirty up the filter. It might be worth looking into. I recommend it to a lot of honda people looking into this kind of thing. Just a thought. If your not worried about the filter I agree that finding a pipe on ebay and then just getting a good quality filter for the end could save you a lot of money.

Injen makes the short ram, and HotShot Makes the CAI intake (pretty much have to order from a dealer). The Hot shot can be modded to short ram (has removable CAI section)…

But in the end, do you want a name or do you want a decent setup?
