i have seen it befor as well, and rusty you are correct. Thats why the previous head gasket nuked, and you will continue have sealing issues untill its decked. Ask Denny he prob would know if its safe to use under boost. I would try to find another block or get the customer to spring for sleeves! … ill buy that block if you dont use it … 🙂
