# EP3 civics

almost everyone i talk to dislikes the EP3 civic. not too sure why. but i’ve always kind of liked them and theres one for sale. what does everyone think? id like to get some input from everyone. let me know what you think. ups and downs. the only thing i dislike is the shifter location.

For the money I would buy something else… to be fair I really dislike Honda’s and other econobox cars, so my opinion may be skewed. Buy something euro instead, much better build quality in my opinion. Sorry it had little to do with your question, but if you listen you will likely thank me later.

EP3 Si?
Yea… the shifter is fucking wierd lol. They’re pretty slow. Seats are comfy. The rear seats are kind of uncomfortable if you’re over 6’

I asked fbrenden about his a few months ago when I was looking at the possibility of one. He said its slow, his has some problems, not really good in the snow, but it gets good gas mileage.

Stock = ugly. Lowered with wheels, lip and hatch wing = pretty sharp.

My girlfriend really likes these and will be finishing her bachelors in may. This and a Mini Cooper S are the only two FWD cars I’ll let her get. Otherwise it’s something AWD so I can have some fun in the snow with it, haha.

We have a 03 EP3 silver on black, 93k for $10k at the dealership I work at in Vermont. It just had a bunch of parts put in it.

Same here. I love Hondas but a Mini Cooper is cooler in just about every way then an ep3. What about a Honda Fit? I really love those things. Ep3s need to be modified to look good which isn’t cool.

Personally I’d rather have a Mini or a Mazda or a Spec V or an Impreza or…
