# Ergonomics: Hand Controls

Most people never touches the adjustments on any of the hand and foot controls, even though they are mostly adjustable. Not able to interface with these control in a natural and a comfortable manner will put a kink in the flow of your riding; especially with aftermarket levers and/or rear sets.

You will be amazed how many so called “handling” related issues had nothing to do with the bike’s handling but rather by not having their control adjustments optimized for the specific rider.

Dave moss is the man! This was one of the first things I did to my bike when I got it. Odd a seasoned track rider didn’t set up his break and clutch levers.
