This entire statement is retarded. Who says you have to live in Saratoga?

Typically, you can have a decent house for what you would spend in rent if you have money saved up.

and ROFL at “You mortgage Bros have it way to easy”. Sounds like you have credit issues. There’s nothing “easy” about mortgages. Renting is giving someone ELSE money. Think of the big picture. Equity/Tax breaks. There is a lot of reasons to own vs rent.

Not going to get into it here because shift dudes care more about APC intakes then housing typically. (Not saying you, just a general statement).
