Weld a washer to the top of the bolt (weld the piss out of it) then weld the piss out of a nut to the top of the washer from the inside. Start at the bottom then work up until it’s almost bubbling out. Then I now have a new head to the bolt!! Yay! I’m gonna try to find someone around here with a GOOD welder and who can actually use it. And then ask them to help me. 😉 ---

It would have to be a Saturday evening (after 4) since thats the only time I would have the shop available to me. This weekend is a no go for that as I am going to camp (planned way ahead of time). Next weekend I think I can do that since I’m staying home for Edgefest. :aww ---

Got the head gasket in…and guess what? The 80mm is the bore (stock bore) and the thickness is 1.2mm. The 3 bolts that I couldn’t get out…well, there is no where at ALL in the head gasket for them to go through. So I think I just need to catch Sasquatch and make him pry the isht apart for me. ---
