i have a 2000 escalade, when i got it it has a alpine headunit hardwired in working with the factory amp, well i replaced that with a better headunit and since then i can only get the very rare speakers to work. i bought the amp bypass harness to get rid of the factory bose amp and still only the rear 2 speakers are working. i checked and the other speakers are connected in the doors. i really dont want to have to rewires all the speakers if i dont have to. is there something im missing?

you could try wiring the wires from the head unit that go to the rear to the front as a test. If the fronts don’t work with this test then you have a wiring problem.
