If your car isent modded then cool. try taking it in first its about 65 dls last time i remember if it dosent pass then its 15 dls. to do it again… If i remember correctly if it dosent pass the second time, this is considering you did shit to it so it could pass. if it dosent and you spend more than 450 dls on parts they have to give you a temp pass for a year i beleive! (might be less) ask someone at MTO quote me if im wrong. but it happened to me. Don’t ever take your car to Canadian tire !! Thats just degrading.
