Last I heard around midnight, thruway west and east bound between 33 and 24 iirc are closed, all roads leading into canjo. Are closed and multiple others… ---

They put up a voluntary evacuation for rotterdamn junction and lower pattersonville and asked residents to leave by 7pm. I was driving through this with ~15-20 police going door to door. Didn’t seen so voluntary to me :dunno The Gilboa is a decrepit damn, barely holding back a potential ~17 billion gallon catastrophe on a good day. ---

Listening to the scanner again this morngin just heard they caught a guy in a 1994 Green Ford f150 going through peoples house in esperance and central bridge after they evacuate. He claimed he was from richmondville ran the plates came back to schenectady SHOCKER! Also a report of a large bull on Rt. 20 west bound standing in the middle of the road. Fire crew responding to that. ---

Bah, we’re in Schenectady and we are flooded again. Woke up to take the dog out around 5am and flares were set up all over our street. When I left for work they had completely shut down our entire street. This is ridiculous. My cousin who lives a bit closer to the river than I do has been out of power since the 28th of August and had mandatory evacuation again last night. Screw the Mohawk. ---
