THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS THREAD IS NOT WHAT YOU **SHOULD** BE CHARGED WITH BUT WHAT YOU CAN BE CHARGED WITH FOR STREET RACING AND HAVING SOMETHING LIKE THIS TRAGEDY OCCUR.
