I trap 105-6 in the 1/4, and put down 264whp/284wtq on Innovative’s dyno on their dyno day.
Spec’s car put down 385? on the same dyno. That car should be at least a 115 trap I would hope…

He jumped a tiny bit, key factor was the brake boost. However in canada the day before he still put a car on spec with out the brake boots.

Yeah they where even. Mike quick pulled 2 cars and hung there. He brake boosted but still, spec put down 385 and is about 600lb heavier. That has to put mike well over 300.

I am with neonglh here not knocking the evo but I do not see how especially on roll races he is beating cars that should trap 114+ unless they have extreme driver fail. That or he needs to get some updated track times! His car deff seems to move out though.

i am going to nyi next wednesday night to see if i can put down anything different for times
that was last year on the stock clutch, this year i got my fancy race clutch and better improved driving skills
not sure whats up with my car though, gonna have to get it onto a dyno to see what kind of numbers i put down with it, im very curious

Screw the dyno go law down some sweet numbers. What was last years best? A nice clutch makes such a difference. I went up 2mph and it was 30deg hotter when i switched clutches.

dyno is more for just curiousity of what i am making and maybe an explanation as to why i am beating the cars i am
im definitely gonna see if i can put down some good numbers
my best last year at nyi was a 12.6 at 110
and i smoked my stock clutch last year running those times so there was a bit of slipping involved towards the end

So 12.2 @ 114+ ? Good luck next Wednesday. I want to go back to the track so bad but combine 100degree temps with an upcoming 3,500 mile road trip and ive talked myself out of it for now ☹

you cant just come on here and think the roush is slow, that thing is a top end monster. if mike and spec didnt run out of room spec couldve closed the gap a lot. my filming skills blow and the video ends before you can see any of this.

yeah i have a HEAVY car. so figure 3800 lbs and 385whp/ anyone with the same power to weight will be a close race. hell i only put like a car or two on newmans Exige.
and not to make excuses my car is burning oil a decent amount and i have blue smoke coming out my exhaust lol
but me and mike are alot closer if he doesnt brake boost.
