# exaust

So yeah planning to make my own. Looking for suggestions on muffler/resonator. 3’’ pipe… This is for a daily car and i don’t want to ever get hassled for being too loud or what not.

make sure you have a muffler cops dont consider bullet (glasspacks) real mufflers. if you are going to put a coffee can muffler make sure you have the reducer in the end or at least put a plate inside the tip and make a lot of holes in it. otherwise the cop is gonna but some stick inside the mufler and say “your muffler isnt baffled and its not legal…here is your 100$ ticket”. then you say “fuck off” to him the he is going to tase you. no LOLs. not at all fun.

Good to know. Was actually wanting a twin tipped muffler as i am not a fan of the coffee can style muffler. Not sure where to start looking…

Check out vibrants line of mufflers. I’ll be using their twin tip stealth style, haven’t got the exhaust made yet though so no sound clips.

I have one.
Stealth, twin tip 3" outlet, 3" inlet
3" custom SS exhaust setup all the way through with vibrant 18" resonator and race catalytic converter.
The car sounds like garbage…

I thought their resonators where suppose to be good… was it s13 or s14. Want to put the biggest possible resonator to keeps it quiet, unless there are other ways
