Ok I picked up a 5Zigen Border II muffler from a buddy of mine… I’ve got a couple of newbie questions…

1. Does anyone have one on their car?? How does it sound??
2. What do i need to install it?? Whats recommended and whats not!
3. Where can i get it cut/installed/welded??

also Greddy EVO Axle back exhaust **or** the 5zigen Border II, which is better??
All help is appreciated!!

so you just have a muffler right? You can get it welded onto your piping at any shop, try sg motorsports. Also I would reccomend you do you pipiing also to a bigger diameter while you are at it. ie. 2.5 inches

Get new gaskets throughout the entire system. It will save you plenty of hassle later on.

i just got a new exhaust welded up costed 150 for the pipe, welding, mounting muffler and hanging it(already had the muffler) went up to 2.25" straight throw with no resonator, and i can notice the low end loss, but definatly picks up top end no doubt,

its also noisy without the resonator, im goin back and gettin one put in,
