Now, unless I’m reading this wrong, you’re saying it’s sketchy that he bought rims and mounted them the next day? What? Is there a waiting period I’m unaware of that you have to go through before you can install new parts?

Actually, I believe he’s refering to the brother, not the ‘thief’, ie the person that met them at the house, not the one that bolted.
