# Extra USB inputs on an 360

I hooked up the wireless card on the 360 and now I have to plug my HD DVD drive into the front of the unit.
Is there any way to split the rear USB input so I can plug both into it?

roch band comes with a 4 port hub to hook up the mic/guitar/drums. works out well. i also plug a usb thumb drive in for music too.

there is a spot in the back of the hd dvd player for the network adapter

there is only one usb port and I want to hook up both the HD DVD drive and the wireless dongle.
I could use a hub but wanted to make sure.
Does it need to be a powered hub or would a splitter type unit work?

Easy way instead of using the wireless dongle:
Eet your Cat5e cable
Plug it in to the xbox and your laptop
On your computer go to Start/ Network/ Network and Sharing Center/ Manage Network Connections.
From there right click on your wireless one.
Go to Properties.
Then to the Sharing tab.
Make sure that both boxes are checked.
Then click ok/apply.
That will eliminate your need for the wireless dongle, and can plug anything else in to the port with out a hassle.

no…look on the back of the hd dvd player assuming you have the xbox hd dvd player there is a spot on the back of it to plug in your wireless network adapter that will solve your problem

I’ll take a look then I would only need a usb extender
