We already have a bunch of people pre registeredā€¦ if you would like to pre register, please visit the CSCS homepage www.cscs.ca and print out the form. Fill it out and fax it too 905 209 0001 **OR** Scan it and email Chris or simply type out the relevant information that would be included in the form, in an email. Send it to chris@cscs.ca **OR** Simply call Chris at 905 209 0000ā€¦ this is probably the easiestā€¦ Getter doneā€¦ ---
