just as the title says both the front lip and the sideskirts are fiberglass.  
the fitment is mint on the sideskirts  
the front lip fits , its just a really tight fit so you need to stretch it on.  
the front lip is $180  
the sideskirts are $180  
both flat black and just test fitted only.
