# F.S.: Gaming rig... testing waters

I’m thinking about selling/trading my rig for other toys or possibly a laptop (could use one instead of a desktop)… if I can get enough for it… if not, I’ll just keep it. Thought I’d see if anyone was intrested.
Gigabyte K8n-pro (non-PCI-E) mobo
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ (2.2 ghz)
1 GB corsair (I believe) memory (will take up to 2GB)
1 WD 200 GB 7200rpm HDD
1 WD 80 GB 7200rpm HDD
Nvidia Geforce 7800GS AGP… 256 (just paid close to 400.00 for it after all was said and done)
Hauppauge WinTV-PVR 150 video capture/TV tuner card
350watt antec (I believe) PS (dual fan)
Generic off white case (note: power supply doesnt fit in the case… so I have it sitting on top of the case)
Logitec wireless keyboard/mouse
21" viewsonic professional series CRT monitor
a set of 4.1 cheepo speakers w/powered sub (not all that great… it’s on it’s way out)
Windows XP media center 2005
Like I said… shoot me an offer… if intrested. This thing will take just about anything you throw at it. Runs fear/oblivion/COD2/ect all settings pretty much maxed @ 1280X1024 very well.
I also have some other addons that I’d throw in (game pads/usb extensions and such) plus a bunch of games

wow those are almost the identical specs to my pc, this is a very nice/fast setup for someone to being selling

Llink, I was hoping for more than 500 honestly 🙂
I also forgot
it has a normal cd-rom, a dual layer dvd±R/RW writer and a regular DVD drive
edit:willing to trade for a laptop of equal value aswell… I could honestly use that more in my line of work, so clients dont have to come here to see my progress on projects and such

believe me, I do understand that PC stuff isn’t quite worth what you put into it and I don’t expect it get it back, but I did a quick run down on newegg for these components, so alot cheeper than what I paid for them…

not to knock your sale but I just built a more up to date and slightly higher end computer for bout 800…sans monitor…
500 is a pretty good offer…500 w/o is fair and sell monitor to someone else
