pretty crazy…
if you notice in the first video with the normal track cars, you can see everytime a car goes by, the Fence shakes a little from the wind blow by…
it doesnt move with the F1’s that are prolly more then doubling the speed of the other cars.

^that’s more due to the fact that the F1 cars have turned in about 600 feet earlier, something about ridiculous downforce allowing them to apex early and trust the grip to not go into the wall on the uphill.
