Understood, but as far as I know it’s legal to post photos of other people’s cars on public roads without blurring them – and its not like anyone can really trace one of these people by their plates. However, I understand where you’re coming from. I don’t even drive around with a camera, these pics are snapped with my phone – and the S2k pic was posted in the “latest picture thread”, I didn’t just start a thread to post a crappy resolution picture of my car beside an s2k. Anyways, all I’m trying to do is keep things going on the forum…I used to hangout more on larger forums, where there’s always something to read, look at, laugh at (not just laughing at cars), etc…since SON is a smaller community, there isn’t as much discussion…just trying to populate the forums a bit, and start conversation, etc. Since I’m not that mechanically inclined, and aren’t in the process of building my car, I don’t have too much to talk about. Usually when I share my **photos** , and by that I mean photos I’ve taken with a camera and usually post-processed, I’m sharing them because others might enjoy them…i.e. the GT-R spotting, track day pictures, latest pictures of my car, etc…posting pics of funny looking “ricers” is just something to kill time or whatever, maybe get a small laugh out of some people. Anywhoo, I’ll try to keep these to a single thread. ---

Cars like this are all over scarborough, especially malvern… is it in the paid members section? cause i sure as shit don’t see one in car chat… white2abbit - there’s no law against it but it’s a courtesy thing. i personally don’t like people taking pictures of my car unless they ask me first (not that i have a car that’s picture-worthy at the moment). like people have said on here before, how would you like it if you saw a picture of your car (taken without your knowledge while you were driving), your pride and joy, on an Integra forum being ripped apart by those guys? does anybody know “to each their own”? i mean don’t get me wrong, i entirely dislike what he has done to his car. but as someone on this thread already said, at least he is doing something with his car, and at least HE is probably happy with it…which IMO is the bottom line. why should he care what you think? i mean to laugh at it is one thing; to actively be on the look out for riced out cars while you’re driving around, and then take pictures of them with the intent to post them on here…that’s kinda sad. i’ll admit i used to do the same thing, and i still have a folder on my computer specifically labelled “rice”, and it’s all pictures taken by me of cars i’ve seen on the road…but the newest picture in that folder is 5 years old…get what i’m saying? ---

Fucking Martino, you stole my line, I was going to say the exact same thing to Chris… Either way, that sticker is pretty funny. I give it a +1 as I’ve never seen that sticker on any car yet. lol ---

Ya I hear ya, and to each his own for sure (aka my green steelies that I always get flamed for)…but this guy was a gangsta leaning, cut-eye, wannabe with a decal on the back of his car basically saying “look at me, I’m cool and my car is even cooler”. Honestly, I’d be glad to come across photos of my car that someone has taken…and wouldn’t care if my plate is exposed, I have nothing to hide. Ya, I get that not everyone feels the same way, but most often then not the pics I snap of other cars are because they’re sweet and I want to show them to my buddy…if I come across something hilarious, I’ll take a pic and share it. On another note, since there isn’t one in the public section, why not turn this into the rice thread? ---

Well the headlights are kinda cool but the grill just fcks everything up. I think if you could find something that suits the car (which I’m trying to think of but I don’t think there really is anythin’, maybe if you could just not have a grill?) the front end would look pretty cool… Although it is a Tercel after all. BUT, it’s a Tercel with only 84000km. My cousin has a 96 since it was new and he has over 400000km on it with 0 issues ever I believe. That’s damn reliable… ---
