Regardless of on the clock or off the clock, you represent the company. Period. What really happened? Dunno, don’t care. Probably a sliver or what’s been posted. However, if you decided not to help, my company would have fired you as well. At the very least, you hand her off to someone else (off hours or not).

Who puts in a complaint about being fired honestly? Whether its law or not, take the hit and continue life. You have to be a jerk, or a 90 yo woman to actually make that complaint. Its like reporting people to the better business bureau…really?

Umm, me, I guess, I was fired w/o just cause in 2006-I ended up with official documents from the State of VT stating just that (fired w/o just cause) that I received when I won in court.

I don’t remember you making any statements that langan wrote up a bunch of work for you that didn’t need to be done, that was all the OP as far as i saw

Listen motherfucker, I have told all of my close friends what happend and langan knows what happend as well . So I do NOT need to explain to someone I don’t know . If you want to know what happend really go to langan and ask them .
