because that is the next easy way of doing it. alot of one off cars with plates are complete kit cars and it is assigned its own VIN so it can be insured! So if the car was completed in 2007 it would now be a ‘‘2007 Diamond Coupe’’ per say!! With alot of money and knowledge it’s possible to be done. have a KIT car _cough_(R34) of your own!! lol
