Someone hook me up to a local shop to pick up some nice black interview kicks. Budget minded as i don’t know where I’m gonna end up and what the dress code would consist of. EDIT: somewhere local to the surrounding realm of Amherst ---

My feet are straight up flat and wide, like paddles. All of these fancy shoes crush them, or get stretched out and look like shit. I stick with my $50 disposable skechers-dockers for work and am infinitely more comfortable. ---

I know a few people have the same sketchers shoes that I have (I think Fry does), that are comfortable and look pretty good. Usually I go to DSW in the Galleria mall, currently I’m rocking a pair of Cole Hann slip on shoes. Not overly crazy about the look but they are easy to get on and off. ---

I like the Skechers ones because they have the boot bottoms, so I can walk through my snowy/icy parking lot without busting my ass. With my fancier loafers with the flat bottoms it’s considerably more of an adventure. ---

Sucks because I always want to see what the shoes look like in person and how they go with what I’m wearing. I tried on the shoes from Santoni, Bruno Magli, and the Allen Edmonds… some styles were nice but they didn’t offer much with a leather sole. If I’m spending $400 on a pair of shoes, they are not going to have a rubber sole that’s for sure. ---

just got my allen edmonds in… man, i’ve never worn any before and these feel really really nice. not happy with one of them though… i am a 9D and i picked up a 9EEE because they looked interesting… if anyone is a 9EEE and interested give me a holler!
