There is no way you can say a C4 that is less powerfull and slower than that C6 Z06TT is “the better vette.” Hell, even a more powerfull faster C4 is in no way better than a C6. C4s can be made wicked fast, and they can handle well but with some work. They have susp geometry issues as well as insanely heavy knuckles which make for a lot of unsprung weight. C5-6s have much better geometery and suspension components as well as the rear trans helping weight distribution.
