So, I was heading south on 279 - north of the city. I seen a dead body in the HOV lane right near northside. Anyone hear what happened? I didn’t see any wrecked cars but assuming thats what happened or maybe a pedestrian was hit? It was rather grusome. ---

When was this? I was on 279N headed to McKnight this morning around 7:15 - 7:30 and did not see anything. Didn’t see anything on KDKA either. Was there any police activity when you went by? You sure it was a dead body? ---

Police said witnesses saw the man climb the bridge’s fence about 12:47 p.m. The bridge connects North Charles and Essen streets. He was described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s. ---

this was around 1pm. there were 10 or so state police officers and a few city. No doubt a dead body. I saw film crews starting to setup. Must have just happened b/c the blood was seaping through the white body cover…yummie. ---

Anyone remember the 6 dead on the HOV in the 1990’s ?? I think it was a drunk PennDot worker that left both sides open. Still never found an article on it. ---
