i know there are tons of threads that talk about photography in buffalo, but i couldnt really find a good thread on general good places to shoot the whole city. i found a couple urban exploration threads, but at the risk of someone showing me how to use the search function, i thought i would try this. when if at all can i get to the top of city hall? are there any good spots (without a boat) from ft erie or the peace bridge that i can get a nice shot of the skyline? how do i get under the peace bridge? any other suggestions? might hit up central terminal too. i am just starting to get a little more into this stuff and need some practice. ---

Ive always thought bout this too. Not so much for taking pictures but just some good vantage points around for a nice view of the city and or water. ---

its at the harbor and yes its open to the public… i was there sunday, ---

the city hall has an observation tower that is open during normal city hall hours. its pretty awesome ---

The City Hall observation deck is pretty awesome. I’ve been there a few times. Just walk in and ask the guy at the information desk by the front door how to get up there. the park on the water directly south of the peace bridge in ft erie has some nice skyline views ---

There’s a road up near Chestnut Ridge park that gives a view of the entire city. Can’t remember the name right now but will post if I can remember.
