But the wikipedia article (i.e. not a definition) makes mention of a sports car being no compromise, everything geared toward performance. I don’t exactly see the performance gained from a roomy back seat 😛

By that definition an Evo IX _wagon_ would be a sports car as well. I’ve read the affect on the weight balance actually improves handling too 🙂
