I am so fucken pissed. Last night coming back from my family I was turning left on burnamthrope towards eastmall. There’s this GIGANTIC CRATER… it was raining, all black dark, all I heard was a giant BANG like no other loudest bang you can imagine in a car! This was in my volvo with a soft suspension which barely feels anything… if it was in my 240 I would slit someone’s balls.
I am mad fucken pissed. Last night other than feeling like ripping someone’s head off (whoever manages our roads), I thought ‘it’s okay’ and was pondering what letter to write to city hall or whoever.
This morning readying myself for work, darkj again, I touch the tires they seem a bit softer but not deflated… I’m like urgh… so I start driving start going left right seems deflated not a good sign, I keep going get on highway and before I know it I hear whom whom whom whom whom. I pull to the side, luckily I had two of this inflation gooey sprays… To my great surprise the wheel is completely bent… I mean mega bent… go figure.
So mad pissed, pouring rain, dark, my shoes all muddied up from the mud on the side of the road, I pump that gooey crap in two of them to get tire back in flated. I manage to pull my ass back home by regular roads… at this hour no garage is open… my friend’s garage is in oakville…
I want to know how the fuck to sue the government and who to complain to. I lose 200 bux of work day pay, I lose tires and wheels, God knows what damage on suspension and what else as steering is not straight and lots of noises, my time, my money, mechanic, even my damn two sprays because of a damn crater on our shitty roads!
This shit ain’t going down without a fight someone’s gonna pay all this shit and it wont be me, I’ve fucken had it with these roads! I swear to God I do not give a fuck about fobwall’s bullshit but when I rant I rant for a good reason. Our roads are piece of shit roads, worse than fucken villages in God forsake God only knows parts of village europe!
This shit is gona fly. And thank God this wasn’t my 240, or someone would lose their balls!

There was another thread on this not long ago. You can posibly get them to replace the rim. Document where it happened and when, and call the City.

complain. It’s not like the car is lowered or altered in any way. They have nothing to go on. So do it, they should fix it.

I just wrote a two page letter… i have to send it… will go see my mechanic soon.
Car is wobbly, jittery, steering wheel not centered, car is bouncy, clunking noise, obviously the tire and wheel damage. Wheel, tires and suspension crap… urgh

Since I emailed the claim, the City Clerk already acknowledged the Claim but said it will take 2-3 weeks until Mclarens Canada the city’s insurance adjusters responds.
You guys are retarded :rolleyes: It’s like putting hyenas and clowns in the same room and listening to which one is more ridiculous and hysterical at random heinous cynical laughter.

I second that… be patient tho it will take a while but the city will compensate you for damages as a result of the pot hole.also be respectful or they will tell you to f$@k away nicely!!!
