is there an official date for festivus… or is it just a whole week of event before x-mas

the proper term is now “chrismahanukwanzakah-vus”

festivus is no longer allowed to be its own holiday due to the need to be politicly correct so that you dont upset the weak minded

It’s December 23rd.

_Frank Costanza: Many Christmases ago, I went to buy a doll for my son. I reached for the last one they had, but so did another man. As I rained blows upon him, I realized there had to be another way._  
   
 _Kramer: What happened to the doll?_

Frank Costanza: It was destroyed. But out of that a new holiday was born: a Festivus for the rest of us!

Kramer: That must’ve been some kind of doll.
