# FHA Rehab Loan Info.....Anyone?

So the Husband and I are looking at buying a foreclosure. We have to get a FHA Rehab loan to purchase said home. Does anyone on here have such a loan themselves? Is it going to be a bunch of BS? Or anyone have ANY inside info?And does anyone know a good realtor?

oh sure guys! yeah when I figure stuff out I will let you know! The guy I talked to at M&T today said a Rehab loan is easier to get then a car loan. There is just a lot of things that have to be done in such a small time frame! Plus a down payment on a rehab loan is only 2.25%!
