# fighting a speeding ticket

ok, normally if I get a speeding ticket, I suck it up and pay the fine (or whatever they want me to do) and be done with it. After all, it’s my own damn fault I got the ticket.
well I just got a speeding ticket last week on Rt.20… I was driving maybe 5-6 over the speed limit but the cop gave me a ticket for 63 in a 50 zone :eek:. right before the cop pulled me over, a silver mini van went whipping past me.The cop pulled a u turn and pulled me over instead :tdown:
any suggestions on how to fight it? Like I said, I usually suck it up and pay the fine or whatever but this is total BS.

I’ve gotten a 55 in a 30, when in fact I was going 35
he said “I needed to do 75 to get up to you, you were going 65”
