Is it just me, or doesn’t NYC entail more than Manhattan. Kinda like Buffalo is more than just downtown. ---

Well, if you say NYC, it technically covers all of the 5 buroughs. While, he is correct, where if you talk to anyone from this area, NYC normally refers to Manhattan. However, the fact that he said that he isn’t in NYC is pretty retarded. ---
