So my sunshade broke again after 3 months of it working. Here is my final fix. It actually uses the stock screws from the sun roof panel then epoxied around the seam. ---

That is freaking sweet, did you ever figure out the software or should i actually look. Just had no time, super busy F the e46 sunroof BMW should do this for everyone for free ---

Ian I know a guy for o2 sims if your wondering about going catless. He builds them plug and play. It sits a little high but only thing I can do is add some nylon washers to the underside of the bolts. But might leave it as is. It’s not a show car and it gets driven hard. ---

Cool idea. But for $330 + ship, I would expect fit & finish to be better ---

Didn’t pay close to that. Picked it up shipped for sub $300. The finish is good. Hard to see from my shitty phone camera. But yes I wish the fit was a little better.
