This is a intresting article i found posted on neo240sx.ca. You will not be able to refute the charge (why would the officer lie?) and it will cost you big time, even if you win. It one of those times that you are guilty until proven innocent. Unfortunately proving the same is hugely expensive and time consuming. ---

In the 4 years that I’ve been driving, only TWICE has my life been put in danger by a young person, and one of those times, I was doing something bad too :oops: However, if I had a dollar for everytime my life has been endangered by the driver of a van or SUV, I’d have an SR20 under the hood. I can’t even count the number of times where jerks in big SUVs have cut me off while weaving through traffic in their monstrosities. Or the rage-o-holic soccer moms in their Dodge Caravans. It’s ridiculous. These people have so much anger and hate on the roads, it’s not even funny. Most of those times were by carelessness, but I’ll never forget two specific minivans that INTENTIONALLY tried to run me off the road. All because I wasn’t going fast enough for their liking (and I ALWAYS speed) and they had to drive behind me for a bit at a mere 30km/h over the speed limit. For negligence, I’ve seen people reading the newspaper, maps, books, eating noodles out of a bowl with chopsticks (both hands were on the food, one holding the bowl, the other the chopsticks) and many many that never cared to look and just cut me off. ---

that was awsome, finally someone that is seeing clearly. I’m not saying I don’t feel sorry for the families of the people who’ve been killed by street racing, but that was really the “organized streat racing” the news is talking about. Its people speeding through streets with traffic and some guys doesn’t look good enough at a stop sign and gets hit when he moves out. But thats a whole different topic, as for thsi article its SPOT ON, in my opinion it should get the sticky iky ---

exactly people who mod their cars enjoy driving them and are into driving so they better themselves at it. its the average driver that dosen’t enjoy driving but has to drive that causes the accidents and the people in suv’s and minivans who think their driving small sports cars. ---
