# Finally closed on my new house - Pic Heavy

After fighting / looking / etc. for almost 2 years now I can finally say that I am a homeowner. Closed on it yesterday afternoon and already starting on the updating. Will hopefully be putting new carpet in the bedroom this week and some laminate flooring in the living room / bar room tomorrow (depending on if we can get the flooring we want by then). Then hopefully getting a fence put up in the very near future. The house is roughly 1600 sq ft on Vly road (small section between Central and 155). Lot size is 2 full acres:excited:banana. Garage is an oversized 2 car with a back roughly 8’ deep workshop (aka bike / mower garage).

Can’t wait to get started on fixing this place up. And thanks to how ridiculously cheap we got the house, anything I put into it will almost definitely come back to me if we sell it.

very nice , very nice. The large yard is a nice feature as well as all the parking space you have , i love that feature .

I’m in! I’ll come from the lines :ninja
Kenny congrats as it’s been said when the other houses fell threw, there are always better ones out there.
Two full acres and a huge garage like that in colonie is a gold mine.
Very very nice place, and it will only get better after you’re done with it.
One thing though, from what I heard it won’t be too easy to expand the garage without fighting the town. But it’s pretty damn big as it sits!

I used to live at 14 Vly The street is hardly patrolled so I wouldn’t worry about cops too much. The street is a little busy but its not terrible. Enjoy it man, congrats on finally closing!!
