# finally doing the driveshaft. anyone want it?

on my next set of days off, 2nd to the 7th i will be taking my driveshaft out and getting a one peice alumn shaft made. my mom is the manager of drive products among other companies. they make custom drive shafts and i can get a very good deal on either one peice steel or alumn. i was qouted around 2-300 dollars. if a few of you guys are interested let me know. i cant go crazy with getting them made, but im sure a couple would be fine. and if your car is not the same shaft as mine i would need your shaft to take in.

Hey. i’m looking for a one piece aluminum drive shaft for my s13. it is a 1993 s13 with a sr20det, hicas, 5 speed, vlsd.

Please don’t bring up dead threads like this.
If you want a custom driveshaft just research yourself. Note that if you already have a steel 2-piece driveshaft for you engine set up, its not worth $400 for an aluminum 1-piece, you’re just a wasting your money. But if you don’t have an existing shaft then knock yourself out!
