I don’t think a dude did it. Guys KNOW you don’t mess with another person’s car _like that_\*\*. Someone could kill your parents and molest your kids. you still don’t mess with his ride. (Kill him, sure. But the car didn’t do anything to you, right?)
\*\*taking it to a demo derby, or to the junk yard crusher, or making the car 100% undrivable is a completely different story.

Definetly looks like the work of a human with a vagina. I dont see a guy wasting time carving FUCK YOU into the paint and doing the red interior…maybe bash out the windows and dent the body panels up along with the dudes face. Looks like he got caught creeping on the DL by his lady friend.
