WV is exploring table gaming in a bill that was proposed about 2 weeks ago. If that goes through, it’s going to be even harder for the pa slots parlors to meet that projection. As was stated, pittsburgh has more problems in drawing concerts than an old arena. Union wages and taxes cut into a promoter’s bottom line more than the lack of a sweet ass stadium… Happy the pens are staying.
