It sucks that he left you in the rain, especially at night in that area, but dude… 1. Illegal right on red. 2. No inspection. 3. Illegal tint. Cops tend to be dicks when they find multiple violations, all of which were very easy for the driver to avoid. And no, you can’t tint your side windows behind the driver. Right from the APD site. > According to the NY State Vehicle and Traffic Law under section 375-12, if you have a 1992 or later model year passenger car or station wagon, the side windows adjacent to AND behind the operators seat must have a light transmittance of SEVENTY PERCENT or greater. Come to think of it I got pulled over by Nazi kenmore cops with a sticker expired 1 month and they let me go. Towing your car is insane, he must of not liked you ---

also, it says I have to do return the tickets and send them priority mail? is that common practice? ---

Thats really shitty. My summer car the tbird, i’ve gotten pulled over with that thing five months overdue, usually a temp sticker on it. The cop just said ‘get it taken care of’, and never wrote me a warning or anything. Why did they tow the car? Christ I thought if you had insurance and registration you were good.
