I’ll explain it to you. When you hire a criminal defense attorney and he tells you “you’re fucked” and then that attorney comes up with a brilliant defense angle. Hope it works because it would set precedence to eliminate prosecution for all future gun crimes. ---

I have a few single actions that, when the hammer is back, will go off if you look at the trigger hard enough. He probably is wildly inexperienced and doesn’t realize he even touched the trigger. ---

Weird. I thought the below posted earlier. Another tragic Bullet accident. The only think I can think of is that something must be severely worn, broken or mishandled. Something that would unintentionally allow the hammer to move. I’m basing this on $5 cap guns I had when I was a kid. You could easily force the hammer to fire and not use the trigger. Someone with those pretty wheel guns would know much better. If any of that were true, he would have been screaming that it was a defective POS.
