# firefox help

I’m using firefox v. 2.0.0.13. I have always been able to type the name of a website alone into the address bar and get to the site. For example, just type ‘nyspeed’ and reach [www.nyspeed.com](http://www.nyspeed.com) automatically. Now, after coming home from work today it no longer works. I get “error: can’t resolve address”. I don’t think anything’s been changed or updated. It also brings up an aol search on the error page, which leads me to believe that somebody using aol on my computer had something to do with this.

Is there a setting somewhere to get this feature back?

thats not the issue. The issue is the autofill of the [http://www](http://www). and the .com/org/net
