stopped there today for lunch and it definitely was good, i didnt expect my burger to be basically a double burger and the amount of fries they give is crazy, half my bag was full of fries ---

Went there for dinner today, definitely an awesome burger but the fries were a serious disappointment, they weren’t even cooked it seemed like. ---

When I shortly lived in CT, 5 guys was a frequent food stop with the guys. Actually there was 5 of us. Anywho. I hated going there because when I left I smelled like grease. Not a good smelling like 2 stroke or !emission motor. The seasoned fries have way too much McCormicks \ on them. But overall those are my only two complaints… Bang for your buck, but still not Grovers. ---

^I don’t think 5 Guys is a good comparison to a place like Grover’s. 5 Guys is sloppy, greasy, fast food that is absolutely delicious for being fast food. Grover’s is a class or 2 above it. It’s like saying I had the McRib sandwhich and McDonalds, but it wasn’t as good as BW’s Barbeque. \. If you don’t like 5 guys you are either A) Not a meat eater B)Don’t really eat fast food at all C) Too Prissy to eat a common man’s burger D) A communist. ---

Not being from Buffalo, I think Grovers sucks. Maybe its becuase its after they were on TV but over all, I was not impressed with them. ---

I thought Grover’s was overrated. Yeah, you get a big, quality burger but to me that’s not what I’m looking for in a burger. I want that greasy mess that practically melts in my mouth, on a Costanzo’s roll. To me, that’s a perfect burger. Gourmet burgers with lean meat that are dry just don’t do it for me. ---

Since Fuddruckers closed, Vizzi’s is my new favorite go to for a burger at a sit down place. 5 guys is the best at least in Rochester for a quick, good, burger. ---

Stopped at one up near Rochester last night, for me the burger was ok, nothing special other then it was real meat and it was fresh. The fries were rushed and some of them weren’t cooked, again nothing special, but they are fresh and have good flavor. I might be crazy here, but Ted’s burger/fries combo is just as good as 5 Guys single patty burger/fries.
