# fixing IPOD

I have a 4th gen video ipod and everything works fine except it doesnt play music. I was wondering where i could get this fixed. I know the apple store in the mall im guessing but i dont want to spend tons to get it fixed when i believe it maybe the spinning wheel inside. Does anyone know of a store where they can fix it or has anyone ever had apple fix a ipod?

I’m not sure what you mean by everything working fine except playing the music, but I’d take it into the apple store because they may help you out for free. When my headphones stopped working they gave me a new set without really asking any questions. I’d at least go to them first and see if they’d help you for free or cheaper than you think.

Try a different pair of headphones? If it still doesn’t play its probably a bad headphone jack,that’s if you say it operates normally and doesn’t repetitively click or display a sad face.

Turn on the system sound? Can you hear the clickign noise when you scroll tracks?
