Uhmmm… The fact that they keep bringing up that law is absurd to start with. YAY!!! Lets keep the senate busy with pointless legislation. NEVERMIND THE REAL PROBLEMS IN THIS COUNTRY/WORLD!!! Anyways though, if flag burning is illegal, thean I want it to be illegal to blindly follow the flag and the constant whoring of it to be illegal as well. The flag burner is likely more patriotic than half the people with the flag ribbon magnets on their cars. ---

Straight, white, healthy, tax paying males should not be allowed to burn flags but everyone else should be allowed to so we don’t have discrimination law suits. Maybe I could get tax credit if I hired a minority, gay, disabled, woman with 8 children to burn a flag for me. God bless America. Edit: Maybe I shouldn’t be allowed to say God bless America in a public forum. ---

I think you are kind of ignorant to think that someone wearing a pair of sandals around the time of Independence day as “sac-religious”. Shoes adorning a flag is nothing. She is not stepping in dog shit and then putting on her sandals to make a point. She is a girl who is wearing something that is “cute” to her.
