Me and bunch of coworkers will be playing flag football tomorrow right off Washington ave at Rosemont park across from the fire house, less then a 2 miles away from Suny Albany. The guys are building a team for the flag football league this year but all are invited to join in practice and get some exercise in. Game is at 1pm. For all of those that have a New Years resolution of getting fit for 2012 this will be a good start. Weather is looking like 46 and sunny. :number1 ---

We started in the C’s after adding some key guys and went like 6-4. The next year we added a couple more and won the C’s going undefeated. So this past year was our first year in the B’s and we ended up 7-2 I think but got punted early in the playoffs. So we are going to stick to the B’s again. See if we can win it then move up to the A’s and probably get killed for a year or two. Tell Heath Adam says get off the roids next time you see him at work… LOL ---
