I really want to take a road trip somewhere in my truck just to get away for a bit but have no destination in mind and dont think Ive got enough time or money to do it right now. At some point before Im old/dead I want to drive across the country. ---

Exactly. Ive got the whole rear seat to throw stuff I need on too. I think it would be alot of fun actually. Gas would probably be one of the biggest expenses. The truck gets 13-16 mpg and can go 300-350+ miles on a tank and each tank costs around $76. ---

The farthest Ive been is Wildwood, NJ when I was 15. Me driving it was Ben Salem, PA and I think that was around 4 hours a few years ago to get my tranny. ---

what? Ive got a few car shows I go to every year with my brother and a few other people and stay for a few days and use a few vacation days on but thats it for vacations for me. Day trips here and there too so its not like I never go anywhere, I just dont go more than a few hours away. I finally got a week worth of vacation days for the first time ever last year and used 3 of them last year and carried over 2 of them to this year but had to use one for a sick day (dont get paid sick days). ---
