I’ve run a “light” flywheel on every car I have ever build.

To tell you the truth - I have never noticed any substantial gains/difference.

Currently, I run an OEM flywheel that has been lightened and balancd because I simply can’t justify spending huge amounts of coin on a mod that I personally have not felt the benefit from.

I’m sure others will tell you different but that is my experience.

I run a lightweight flywheel. My car is still stupidly slow. It feels nicer, but still oh so slow.
